Improvana is a digital subscription platform, which means there are no physical products to ship. This policy explains how and when you receive access to your subscription after completing a successful payment.

Your journey begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Improvana delivers all of its services digitally. Once your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by our payment provider, your subscription is activated automatically, giving you immediate access to your selected plan and its premium features.

In most cases, access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Occasionally, payment verification or temporary technical issues may result in a short delay. If your subscription has not been activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Access your learning from anywhere.
Your subscription is linked to your Improvana account. Simply sign in using your registered email address to access your dashboard, learning content, progress tracking, and any premium features included with your subscription.
Keeping you informed every step of the way.
After your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. Your Improvana dashboard will also display your active subscription, including your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date, making it easy to manage your membership at any time.

If your payment has been completed successfully but your subscription has not been activated within a reasonable period, please contact our support team with your account email address and payment details. We'll verify your transaction and ensure your access is restored as quickly as possible.

We work hard to provide uninterrupted access to Improvana. While occasional maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability, we strive to resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible and keep downtime to a minimum.
