You're in control of your subscription. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Improvana membership, what happens after cancellation, and how your access is affected.

We believe your subscription should continue because it provides value, not because it's difficult to cancel. You may cancel your Improvana subscription at any time through your account dashboard, giving you full control over your membership.
Cancel in just a few steps.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your Improvana account and navigating to your subscription settings. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, no further recurring payments will be charged unless you choose to subscribe again.
Continue learning until your current billing period ends.
Cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove your access. You'll continue to enjoy your premium features and learning content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free plan, if available, or your premium access will expire.
No surprises, no hidden charges.
Once your cancellation takes effect, your subscription will not renew automatically, and no additional subscription fees will be charged unless you decide to purchase a new subscription in the future.
Cancellation and refunds are separate.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Any refund requests will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy, which explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
